Trishna frozen cassava is grown in natural conditions, harvested manually, carefully sorted and processed in Fiji. Processed cassava is snap frozen to retain its quality and nutritional values. Cassava is a dominant source of carbohydrate, a good source of key vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, riboflavin, thiamine and niacin.
